You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

We can begin by simply exploring what feels difficult for you right now. Many people seek therapy when anxiety, overwhelm, or the impact of past experiences begins to shape their lives in ways they don't fully understand — leaving them feeling constantly on edge, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves.

I offer a thoughtful, confidential space to explore these experiences with care and curiosity — recognising that trauma and stress affect both the mind and the nervous system, and that therapy can help restore a sense of safety, balance, and emotional stability.

Your Therapist

Frederique Glazer

For more than two decades, I have sat with people in the tender places of their lives — through anxiety, panic attacks, and grief, through the long shadow of depression, through the difficulties of relationships, divorce, heartbreak, and many more painful experiences and diagnosed conditions.

My work is not about fitting you into a method. It is about finding, together, the particular combination of approaches that meets your nervous system, your history, and your longing for something different. I can work with you in a psychotherapeutic approach or a coaching approach, depending on your needs.

I call this Integrated Functional Psychotherapy — and it has helped clients across the world find their way home to themselves.

I can help you. And more importantly — I can help you learn to help yourself.

The Approach

Therapy shaped to you —
not the other way around.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed integrative psychotherapy — the understanding, treatment, and recovery from psychological trauma. Alongside this, I incorporate therapeutic wellness life coaching, supporting emotional regulation, lifestyle balance, and long-term wellbeing.

Together, these approaches create a safe and structured space to explore how past experiences may continue to influence emotional and physical health — and to build sustainable change from the inside out.

i.

You are not a diagnosis.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a wide range of modalities — from CBT and solution-focused work to psychodynamic, Jungian, and Gestalt approaches, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and transpersonal methods — and weave them into something that fits only you.

Even if you come with a diagnosis such as OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, addictive behaviours, or self-harming — we will leave the labels at the door and work with your humanness.

ii.

Understanding is not enough.

Knowing why you suffer is only the beginning. Real change comes when you discover your own strengths and resources and learn to use them to move through what once felt immovable. The aim is not only to support you but to provide you with a toolbox of strategies you can learn and apply in your life.

iii.

The goal is not only relief — it is flourishing.

Successful therapy does more than remove pain. It leaves you living at a higher level than before: more joyful, more present, more fully yourself.

EMDR Therapy

For the wounds that words alone cannot reach.

My work is grounded in an understanding of trauma, however small, and its repercussions on your mental wellbeing. Some experiences become lodged in the body and the nervous system, looping quietly beneath the surface of everyday life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the mind finally complete what it was unable to process at the time — releasing old trauma, grief, and fear at their root. I offer EMDR alongside my integrative practice for clients ready to work at that depth.

How I Can Help

What brings people to my practice

i.

Anxiety & Panic

When fear narrows the edges of your life — panic attacks, social anxiety, the low hum of dread — we can find the way back to a fuller, freer breath.

ii.

Stress & Burnout

Chronic stress drains joy, disturbs sleep, and erodes the body itself. Together, we can soften the grip and restore your capacity to meet life with ease.

iii.

Depression

When a long shadow falls over everything, it can feel as if light will never return. It does. Together, we will find the small, steady openings that let it back in.

iv.

Trauma & EMDR

For grief that never fully settled, or events that still echo in the body. EMDR offers a gentle path to let the past finally become past.

v.

Relationships

Whether you are navigating a difficult passage with a partner, grieving a separation, or struggling to trust again — the deeper rewards of connection are still within reach.

vi.

Family Life

Modern family life asks a great deal of us. Together we can find ways of parenting, partnering, and belonging that feel less like struggle and more like home. My extensive work with families has given me a way to look at individual timelines and help them make sense.

vii.

Life Transitions

Illness, loss of work, questions of identity, the inner blocks that keep you from what you long for. Whatever threshold you are standing at, you need not cross it alone.

viii.

Self-Understanding

Sometimes the work is simply to know yourself more deeply — your patterns, your gifts, your truest way of being in the world. That, too, is sacred work.

Couples Therapy

When two people who care for each other have become stuck.

Many couples come to therapy not because they no longer care for each other, but because they have become caught in patterns of misunderstanding, frustration, or distance.

I help partners slow down and understand what may be happening beneath the surface of their conversations and conflicts. Often, each partner processes emotions, stress, and communication in different ways — which can lead to a sense of not being heard.

By exploring these patterns with curiosity and compassion, couples can begin to see each other not as opponents, but as two people trying to connect while navigating their own needs and vulnerabilities. As understanding grows, defensiveness softens, and new ways of communicating begin to emerge.

"When people feel understood and supported, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible."
Professional Experience

Trusted by professionals, families, and individuals worldwide

I work with professionals, high-profile individuals, and clients navigating trauma-related difficulties. Many are thoughtful, capable people who carry significant responsibility, yet privately experience anxiety, pressure, or the lasting impact of difficult past experiences.

Therapeutic Approaches

Tailored to each client

EMDR

A well-established therapy that supports the brain in processing traumatic or distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming in the present.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

A structured, evidence-based approach that helps identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, building practical skills for lasting change.

Psychodynamic & Jungian

Depth-oriented work that explores the unconscious influences shaping your emotional life — drawing on psychodynamic and Jungian traditions to uncover deeper patterns and support genuine self-knowledge.

Gestalt Therapy

A present-centred, experiential approach that brings awareness to how you think, feel, and act in the here and now — helping you move through unfinished experiences and reconnect with your vitality.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

A mind-body technique combining elements of cognitive therapy with tapping on acupressure points, supporting emotional regulation and calming the nervous system.

Hypnotherapy & NLP

Powerful modalities for accessing the unconscious mind, dissolving limiting patterns, and building new internal resources for lasting change.

Therapeutic Life Coaching

Coaching techniques that support the integration of therapeutic insight into practical change — strengthening confidence, clarity, and direction in everyday life.

My overall approach is integrative — I draw on all of these modalities and tailor the work to what each individual truly needs, rather than applying any single method in isolation.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
